CT引导下经皮肺穿制术对周围性肺部肿块的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of CT-Guided Percutaneous Lung Centesis on Peripheral Lung Lesions

目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术对周围性肺部肿块的诊断价值及临床意义。方法:对32例周围性肺部块影在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺获取组织并行病理检查。结果:32例病理检查结果为肿瘤20例,结核7例,炎症改变5例。4例出现并发症,其中气胸3例(<20%),痰中带血1例,均在3d内消失。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术对周围性肺部肿块诊断具有较好的实用价值,是一种安全可靠的临床诊断方法。

Objective：To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of CT-guided percutaneous lung centesis on peripheral lung lesions.Methods：Thirty-two cases of CT-guided percutaneous lung centesis on peripheral lung lesions in our respiratory department from Nov,2005 to Aug, 2008 were retrospectively studied.Results：The tissue samples from 32 patients were extracted by CT-guided percutaneous lung centesis,and the pathologic results showed 20 cases of tumor,7 cases of tuberculosis,and 5 cases of inflammation.Four patients had complications,among them,3 patients had pneumothorax（20%）,and one patient was found bloody sputum.All complications disappeared in 3 days.Conclusion：CT-guided percutaneous lung centesis on peripheral lung lesions has good diagnostic value,and it is a safe and reliable clinical diagnostic technique.
