泪道激光联合球头硅胶管植入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis of laser plastic operation of lacrimal duct combined with inversely planting silicone tube end for lacrimal duct obstruction

目的:评价泪道激光联合鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术治疗泪道阻塞的经济实用性。方法:对鼻泪管阻塞患者分别采用传统外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术、泪道激光联合鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术,运用临床经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:两组手术方案治疗的效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),泪道激光联合鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术的成本-效果比(C/E)较好,为最佳治疗方案。结论:泪道激光联合鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术是值得推广的一个手术方式。

AIM： To evaluate the economic practicality of laser plastic operation of lacrimal duct combined with inversely planting silicone tube end treating lacrimal duct obstruction. METHODS： The patients of lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with traditional external dacryocystorhinostomy and laser plastic operation of lacrimal duct combined with inversely planting silicone tube end. The resluts were evaluated with the cost-effectiveness analysis of clinical economics. RESULTS：There was no significant difference between the effect of the 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05）. The cost-effectiveness ratio of laser plastic operation of lacrimal duct combined with inversely planting silicone tube end is better,which is a better treatment. CONCLUSION： Laser plastic operation of lacrimal duct combined with inversely planting silicone tube end is an operative method which should be promoted.
