低硒对雏鸡红细胞免疫功能和红细胞总数及血红蛋白含量的影响

Effects of low dietary selenium on immune function,total count of erythrocyte and content of hemoglobin in chickens

选用1日龄艾维茵肉鸡120只,随机分成2组,硒缺乏组日粮由购自西昌冕宁的玉米、黄豆和小麦配制而成,硒含量为0.034 2mg/kg,以亚硒酸钠为硒源使日粮硒水平达0.2mg/kg作为对照日粮,试验期6周,观察低硒对红细胞免疫功能、红细胞总数和血红蛋白含量影响的动态变化。结果显示,低硒日粮导致雏鸡红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量降低,IC花环率与对照组差异不显著。表明雏鸡长期饲喂低硒日粮可导致原发性红细胞免疫功能损伤。

120 one-day-old Avian chickens were randomly divided into two groups.Corn,yell ow bean and wheat,which were bought from Mianning County,Xichang Prefecture of Sichuan Province,were used to formulate low Se diet（Se 0.034 2 mg/kg）.Sodium s elenite was mixed into the low Se diet to produce 0.2 mg/kg Se diet（control gr oup）.The red cell immune adherence function,count of red blood cell and hemoglobin we re determined in Avian chickens with the diets for 6 weeks.The ratio of C3bR ros ette,red blood cell and content of hemoglobin were decreased,and the ratio of IC rosette had no obvious change in the low Se group.These results showed that the primary lesion of erythrocyte＇s adherence function was induced by low Se.
