摘要
浆料制造者一直努力寻求Ａｕ浆的代用品，作者以甲烷、煤气、石油液化气、酒精气体为例，在气敏元件上涂布Ａｕ浆和Ｒｕ浆，在特定情况下比较和考核元件性能，并对元件的可靠性、稳定性。
Due to expensive price of Au paste,paster manufacturers have made efforts to find a substitute,for example,replace Au by Ru.A comparison research on properties of Au-and Ru-based pastes as electrode of gas sensitive components was carried out in present paper.Taking methane,coal gas,LPG,alcoholgas as examples and applying Au-and Ru-pastes on components respectively,the properties of components,such as sensitivity,response time,recovery time and stability etc,were examined.Based on numerous experimental data,the reliability,selectivity and service life of components in various gas were evaluated respectively.
