代谢组学及其在类风湿关节炎研究中的应用

摘要
代谢组学是继基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学后出现的以定量描述生物体内代谢物多参数变化为目标的新兴"组学",是系统生物学的组成部分.机体代谢产物的水平是由代谢途径中所有酶的活性及作用于这些酶的效应物决定的,与机体的生理、病理、外环境状态密切相关.
