抗癌药物卡铂薄层色谱分析方法研究

Study on the Thin-Layer Chromatography of Anticancer Carboplatin

研究了抗癌药卡铂薄层色谱分析方法。采用硅胶Ｇ板为吸附剂，苯∶丙酮∶水（３∶１７５∶４）为展开剂，碘蒸气显色，卡铂的Ｒｆ值为０４５±００３，杂质二碘二氨合铂（Ⅱ）、１，１－环丁二羧酸银及水解产物的Ｒｆ值分别为０８３±００２、０００和０００，最小检出限量分别为０２４、０２０和００２μｇ。本法分离效果好、操作简便、灵敏。

The thin-layer chromatography has been used to analyse anticancer drug-carboplatin.Silica gel G was employed as the absorbent,a mixture of benzene,acetone and water(31754)as the developer,and iodine as the colour-developing agent.Under these conditions Rf of carboplatin,cis-diamminediiodoplatinum(),silver 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate and hydrolytical products was 045003,083002,000,000,respectively.The minimum deteactable limit was 024g for cis-diamminediiodoplatinum(),02g for silver 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate and 002g for the hydrolytic products.This method has the advantage of effective separation,simple operation and high sensitivity.
