摘要
研究了抗癌药卡铂薄层色谱分析方法。采用硅胶G板为吸附剂,苯∶丙酮∶水(3∶175∶4)为展开剂,碘蒸气显色,卡铂的Rf值为045±003,杂质二碘二氨合铂(Ⅱ)、1,1-环丁二羧酸银及水解产物的Rf值分别为083±002、000和000,最小检出限量分别为024、020和002μg。本法分离效果好、操作简便、灵敏。
The thin-layer chromatography has been used to analyse anticancer drug-carboplatin.Silica gel G was employed as the absorbent,a mixture of benzene,acetone and water(31754)as the developer,and iodine as the colour-developing agent.Under these conditions Rf of carboplatin,cis-diamminediiodoplatinum(),silver 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate and hydrolytical products was 045003,083002,000,000,respectively.The minimum deteactable limit was 024g for cis-diamminediiodoplatinum(),02g for silver 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate and 002g for the hydrolytic products.This method has the advantage of effective separation,simple operation and high sensitivity.
