摘要
一、前言Y 型沸石具有良好的骨架结构和热稳定性,60年代就已成为主要的石油裂化催化剂。迄今为止,Y 型沸石仍在石油裂化工业占有主导地位。Y 型沸石合成目前仍采用水热晶化法,即在 Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3-H2O 体系,通过自生压力晶化得到。NaY 型沸石必须经过几次铵交换和焙烧后才能转变成氢型。近年来直接水热合成铵型沸石工作报道很多。除交沸石外都是用有机胺做为模板剂。
N-X and N-Y zeolites have been synthesised in the TMAOH-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-H_2O
system by hydrothermal reaction with silica sols (Na_2O0.3wt%)as the source of
silica.It is thought that Na^+ cation is the template for faujusites.Synthesis of
faujusites are carried out in NH_4OH-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-H_2O,NH_4OH-TMAOH-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-
H_2O and TMAOH-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-H_2O systems with added crystal seeds.There is little
possibility that fanjusites can be synthesised in systems free of Na^+ cation.
