CT灌注成像技术预测恶性肿瘤放化疗敏感性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 个体化预测肿瘤的放化疗敏感性一直是肿瘤治疗领域的研究热点。目前认为预测肿瘤放化疗敏感性的主要因素包括肿瘤细胞本身内在敏感性、氧合状态、增殖状态,三者互为因果,彼此影响。结构决定功能,实体瘤微循环状态一定程度上决定瘤内氧合状态并影响肿瘤细胞的增殖状态,因此通过微循环状态来预测实体瘤的放化疗敏感性正在逐渐被证实。
