摘要 PI3K/AKT信号通路是细胞内重要的信号传导通路之一,通过影响下游多种效应分子的活化调节细胞的基本功能,包括生存、生长、增殖和代谢.近年研究发现,T、B淋巴细胞PI3K/AKT信号通路的异常活化与SLE自身免疫的发生发展密切相关.概述PI3K/AKT信号通路的组成与功能,其与SLE发病机制的关系及其抑制剂在SLE治疗中的研究进展. As an important intracellular signal transduction pathway, PI3K/AKT signaling pathway modulates fundamental cellular functions, including cell survival, growth, proliferation and metabolism by affecting the activation of multiple downstream effector molecules. Recent studies have found that the abnormal activation of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in T and B lymphocytes is closely associated with the initiation and progression of autoimmunity in SLE. This article brings a review on the composition andfunctions of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and its relationship with the pathogenesis of SLE, as well as on inhibitors of this pathway in the treatment of SLE.
