匍行性回状红斑
摘要
匍行性回状红斑（erythema gyratum repens）目前认为其为皮肤副肿瘤综合征，82％以上伴有恶性肿瘤。大多数学者认为可能与机体对肿瘤组织及正常皮肤产生的交叉免疫反应有关。最近几年匍行性回状红斑伴发非肿瘤性疾病的报道层出不穷，其确切的发病机制还需进一步研究。
