C型臂下射频热凝半月神经节治疗三叉神经痛的中远期疗效评估

Evaluation of the efficacy applying radiofrequency coagulation in semilunar gangalion for trigeminal neuralgia under C-armed fluoroscopy

目的:评估C臂引导下射频热凝毁损半月神经节治疗三叉神经痛的中远期疗效。方法:在C臂X线机透视下显示卵圆孔,并以C臂引导穿刺针至正确位置,行射频热凝治疗。做好术前、术中及术后随访,随访时间为18个月。结果:治愈41例(89.13%),复发5例(10.87%),未出现严重不良反应病例。结论:C臂引导下射频热凝治疗三叉神经痛安全有效,患者满意度较高。

Objective：To evaluate the effects of radiofrequency coagulation under C-armed fluoroscopy on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods：Under fluoroscopy,firamina ovale was found,the needle was inseoted info the correct position,and then,radiofrequency coagulation was carried out. The follow up was made until 18 months after operation,meanwhile the data were recorded. Results：41 cases （89.13%） were cured,meanwhile,5 cases （10.87%） recurred. No severe complications were found. Conclusion：Radiofrequency coagulation under C-armed fluoroscopy is a safe and effective method to cure trigeminal neuralgia.
