摘要 本文介绍了在四流圆坯连铸中间罐内去除夹杂物的工业试验研究情况。根据流场及夹杂物的计算结果设计了孔不对称分布的钙质过滤器,此外还研制了碱性中间罐覆盖剂,经过3次共27炉的工业试验,结果表明,采用钙质过滤器和碱性覆盖剂可使中间罐内夹杂物的去除效率达到53%,总氧去除率达到18.9%,其中对于原始氧含量超过40×10^(-6)的钢水,总氧去除率达到38.8%。此外,通过对2000炉的统计分析表明,内外流铸坯质量的一级品率由原来相差13.4%降为现在的相差0.2%。 We have studied on removing inclusion in a four - strand round billet CC tundish in Tianjin Steel Pipe Corporation. On the basis of tundish flow field calculated in the previous paper, we designed asymmetric CaO filter. By the result of three times, totaled 27 heats, industrial trials, several conclusions can be made, The CaO filter and basic tundish slag we designed can remove inclusion by 53 % and reduce the oxygen content by 18.9 % , or 38. 8 % for those steel of which the oxygen content is greater than 40 ×10 - 6. In addition, the statistical result of 2000 heats shows that the differdnce of rate of first grade products between inner and outer strand is minimized from 13.4% to 0.2%.
