摘要
对 B-02铁系丁烯氧化脱氢催化剂在长周期工业运转条件下的物理化学性质的变化进行了系统的研究。通过比表面积、平均晶径、价态和积炭性质的测定与活性相关联,推断催化剂失活原因是:炭沉积、尖晶石平均晶径增大及表面活性位密度下降。
Changes in physical and chemical properties of B-02 commercial ferrite cata-lysts for oxidative dehydrogenation of butenes during long term commercial runhave been studied.From the correlations of activities with surface areas,meancrystallite sizes,valence states and coke depositions,the following deactivationcauses can be inferred:coke deposition,growth in crystallite size of spinel anddecrease in the density of active site.
