微弧氧化法制备V_2O_5/TiO_2复合膜的结构及光催化性能

摘要 在磷酸盐和偏钒酸盐电解液中对纯钛进行微弧氧化,利用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis表征膜层的结构及光物理特性,考察了膜层的光催化性能。结果表明,磷酸盐溶液中形成的膜层(P-TiO2)主要由锐钛矿组成,膜层表面光滑、孔径分布均匀;偏钒酸钠溶液中的膜层(V-TiO2)由锐钛矿、金红石及V2O5组成,膜层表面粗糙,孔洞较少。P-TiO2和V-TiO2的带隙宽度分别为3.14eV和2.28eV;紫外光照射14h,V-TiO2对罗丹明的降解率由P-TiO2的30%提高到61%。 Pure titanium was treated by micro-arc oxidation in metavannadate and in phosphate electrolytes,respectively. The structure and photo-physical properties of the two films were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction),SEM (scanning electron microscope) and UV-Vis spectroscopy to understand its photocatalytic behavior. The results show that film with smooth surface and homogeneously distributed pore which is prepared in phosphate electrolyte (P-TiO2) is composed of a mixture of anatase and rutile,while the film with rough and less pores prepared in metavanadate electrolyte (V-TiO2) is composed of a mixture of anatase,rutile and V2O5. The band widths of P-TiO2 and V-TiO2 are 3.14eV and 2.28eV,respectively. The degradative rate of rhodamine is raised from 30% (P-TiO2) to 61%( V-TiO2).
