家族性胃肠道间质瘤研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST）是消化道最常见的间叶组织源性肿瘤,c-kit和血小板生长因子受体α（PDGFRα）基因的功能获得性突变是GIST发生的关键.绝大多数GIST为散发性,家族性GIST是GIST中的少见类型.本文回顾并总结了PebMed数据库迄今所收录的23例家族性GIST文献报道,就其流行病学、临床病理学、基因学、诊断及治疗做一综述,旨在提高对家族性GIST这一少见的遗传性肿瘤性疾病的认识和重视.
