正电子发射计算机断层测定心肌血流量的临床价值 被引量:2

Clinical application of positron emission tomography to the measurement of myocardial blood flow

摘要 正电子发射计算机断层(positron emission tomography,PET)技术可以无创伤性绝对定量分析健康人群和多种心血管病患者的局部心肌血流量(myocardial blood flow,MBF),结果可靠,重现性好。本文主要针对冠脉循环的生理和病理生理学信息及MBF测定对判断冠状动脉微循环功能的独特临床价值作一简要综述。 Positron emission tomography(PET) provides reliable and reproducible noninvasive absolute quantification to regional myocardial blood flow(MBF) in healthy humans and patients with different cardiovascular diseases.This paper reviewed the information of physiology and pathophysiology on the function of coronary circulation,and unique diagnostic value of MBF measurement regarding the function of coronary microcirlation.
