摘要 受平台空间、作业环境及吊装能力等限制,海上平台不适合建立专门的大型注聚工作站和摆放庞大的配注设备。为此,开发出了适合于海上油田聚合物驱的平台配注工艺系统,并研制了相应的单井和井组的配注设备。渤海油田现场应用表明,所开发的海上油田聚合物驱平台配注工艺系统由于采用了橇装化设计和PLC自动控制系统,既可以降低劳动强度和人为操作失误产生的风险,减少"鱼眼",降低过滤器堵塞频率,又方便了吊装和安装,节省了平台空间,为聚合物驱在海上油田的推广与应用提供了技术保障。 For the limitation of platform space,operation environment and lifting ability,the huge polymer injecting workstation and injection distribution equipment are not allowed to set on the offshore platform.So,a new injection distribution system on platform has been developed for polymer flooding in offshore oilfield,and injecting equipment for single well and well group has been designed.The onsite applications of the technique in Bohai oilfield show that,because of the skid design and PLC automatic control system,the polymer injection distribution system can not only decrease the labor intensity,misoperation risk,"fish-eyes" and filter blocking,but also be installed easily and save platform space,so that to provide the technical support for polymer flooding in offshore oilfield.
