关于数学教学效率评价的实证研究

About the Empirical Study of Mathematics Teaching Efficiency Rating

数学教学效率的高低是决定影响数学教学质量的关键因素．建立科学、合理的教学评价体系对保证和稳步提高教学质量起着举足轻重的作用．目前的数学教学质量评价主要以学生考试的及格率、优秀率等作为定量评价的指标，甚至成为评价学校和教师教学质量的主要依据，这虽然在一定程度上体现了课堂教学效率，但对于强调效率意识来说是远远不够的，在评价体系中必须加入评价教学效率的指标．数据包络分析（DEA）模型是常用的投入产出分析工具，从教学投入和教学产出两个方面，对数学教学效率评价进行研究，是方法论方面做的新尝试，为数学教学效率评价研究提供一个新的思路．

Mathematics teaching efficiency＇s height is the key factor that influence of the mathematics quality of teaching. We establish scientific and reasonable teaching appraisal system, which will play the pivotal role with steady steps. At present, mathematics quality of teaching appraisal mainly passes an examination by the students test rate, outstandingly rate and so on to take the quantitative evaluation the target, even that becomes appraises the school and the teacher quality of teaching main basis. Although this has manifested the classroom instruction efficiency to a certain extent, it regarding the emphasis efficiency consciousness is not enough. Therefore we must join the appraisal teaching efficiency in the appraisal system the target. It uses the data envelopment analysis （DEA） the method that is the commonly used input-output analysis tool to research the evaluation of mathematics teaching efficiency. This is the new attempt in methodology aspect and provides a new mentality for mathematics teaching efficiency rating research.
