绿原酸致过敏反应的实验研究

Experimental study on allergic reactions caused by chlorogenic acid

目的研究绿原酸的致敏性。方法将实验动物分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组(卵清蛋白)、绿原酸组,通过大鼠皮肤被动过敏反应(PCA)试验和豚鼠主动全身过敏反应(ASA)试验对绿原酸的致敏性进行研究。结果 PCA试验为阴性,ASA试验为阳性。结论绿原酸为潜在的过敏原。

Objective To study the allergic reactions of chlorogenic acid. Methods Experimental animals were divided into negative control group, positive control group （egg albumin）, and chlorogenic acid group; the alicrgic reactions caused by chlorogcnic acid were studied by passive cutaneous anaphylaxis （PCA） test and active systemic anaphylaxis（ASA） test. Results PCA test was negative and ASA test was positive. Conclusions Chlorogenic acid may be an underlying allergen.
