摘要
针对我国高校图书馆社会服务进程缓慢,提出建立利益驱动机制以提升高校图书馆社会服务功能。从管理学、心理学角度阐述利益驱动机制基本理论,从成本增加和应得补偿分析建立利益驱动机制的必要性,结合美国高校图书馆社会服务较完善与成熟的利益驱动机制,从四个方面提出建立我国高校图书馆社会服务利益驱动机制的对策。
This paper proposes establishing the interest-driven mechanism to upgrade the functions of the social services of the university libraries, aimed to solve the problem of the slow pace of the social services of Chinese university libraries. The paper elaborates the basic theory of the interest-driven mechanism from the opinions of the management science and psychology, and analyzes the necessity of establishing the interest-driven mechanism from the increasing costs and getting compensation, then combines the American universi- ty library relatively completed and matured interest-driven mechanism, and discusses establishing the interest-driven mechanism of the social services of Chinese university libraries from four aspects of improving the social value, etc.
