On Employment of 4R Theory in Digital Resources Utilization Crisis of Vocational Colleges

对高职院校数字资源利用危机的现状以及成因进行揭示,并借用危机管理的4R理论对高职院校数字资源利用危机进行论述,旨在通过缩减力、预备力、反应力和恢复力的应用削减高职院校数字资源利用的危机,使数字资源能真正充分发挥应有的职能作用。

This paper probes into the status quo and cause of the digital resources utilization crisis in vocational colleges, and makes a discussion on the crisis management with the help of 4R Theory （i. e. , reduction, readiness, response and recovery）, so as to eliminate the crisis and make full use of digital resources with the employment of this theory.
