The paper analyses the status quo and qualities of temporary staff in college libraries, confirms that temporary staff have become important human resources of college libraries, and explores that temporary staff can systematically acquire further education on political attainments, occupational morals, psychological attainments, professional knowledge, ability attainments and civility through staff training, service-learning activities and academic exchanges.
