高校图书馆青年馆员“组织归属感”实证研究——调查、分析与对策 被引量:18

摘要 高校图书馆青年馆员归属感研究具有重要的现实意义。调查分析表明,工作的挑战性、成就感、个人与组织目标的一致性、进修深造机会等是导致高校图书馆青年馆员归属感缺失的重要因素。高校图书馆应当采取切实有效的措施,通过构建"和谐与共享"的组织文化体系、"针对与实效"的培训体系、"创新与发展"的工作体系、"科学与规范"的制度体系,从而提升青年馆员的归属感。 Studying on the organizational commitment of college young librarians has important practical significance. Analyses indicate that job challenging, achievement, the consistency of individual and organizational goals, the opportunity for further study and so on, are the important factors which cause the shortage of the organizational commitment of college young librarians. College library should take effective measures such as constructing "harmonious and shared" organizational culture system, "aimed and effective" training system, "innovated and developed" work system, "scientific and standard" institution system, to enhance the organizational commitment of young librarians.
