摘要
针对汽车产品平台稳健性问题,依据产品开发流程,应用质量功能展开理论,建立了空间变量指数模型,提出了减少顾客需求不确定性的方法。运用案例研究方法,以上海某汽车企业参与全球产品平台开发为例,采用空间变量指数模型进行分析,对模型进行了检验并提出了对策,验证了空间变量指数模型在降低不确定性方面是可行的,最终能够降低成本并实现提升企业竞争力的目标。
Focusing on the robust problem existing in the constructing automotive product platform which should meet customer variable requirements,the spatial variety index model was created based on the product development theory with the quality function deployment tools,the method for reducing the uncertainty by adjusting the spatial variety index and standardizing was put forward.To verify the feasibility of the spatial variety index model,the case study method was adopted and one global product platform collaborative development project from an automobile enterprise in Shanghai was put into the spatial variety index model.Then,according to the results,the related advices were brought forward.Evidently,the spatial variety index model was effective for reducing the uncertainty and improving the company competitiveness.
