摘要
介绍电子束焊机电视监视系统工作原理,论述了电视行场扫描原理和视频叠加原理。针对电子束焊机电视监视系统的特点及存在的缺点,提出一种基于PIC16C73单片机及字符叠加芯片UPD6453的电子束焊机电视监控系统的设计方案,并给出了详细的系统软硬件实现方法。整个系统高效可靠,具有电路简单、稳定性好、易于扩展、实用性好等优点,提高了焊接效率和焊接质量。
The working principle of television monitoring system for electron beam welder （EBW） was introduced, the line field scanning principles of television and video compound principle were discussed. For the characteristics and the existing shortcomings of TV monitoring system for EBW,it worked out as a TV monitoring system for EBW based on PIC16C73 microcontroller and OSD chip UPD6453, and gave a detailed system hardware and software realization. Efficient and reliable system as a whole,which has simple circuit, good stability, easy expansion, and good usability, and has greatly enhanced the efficiency and quality of welding.
