摘要
提出了一种新型铁芯式两极纵磁真空灭弧室触头结构,其间隙能够产生较强且均匀的对称交变纵向磁场。触头片不开槽,提高了强度;整块铁芯变成叠片式,降低了涡流,缩短了纵向磁场滞后于电流的时间。通过对样品的试验,证明该结构能降低电弧电压,提高触头的分断能力。
In this paper a new style bipolar axial magnetic field electrode structure used in vacuum interrupter is presented, which results symmetric alternating axial magnetic field distributing intensively and evenly between the electrodes. Thus, no slots on the electrode are needed, and the structure strength of the whole electrode are increased. Replacement of solid block iron core by stromatolithic iron core reduces the eddy current and the lag time of the axial magnetic field behind the arc current. The result of test shows that this electrode structure can reduce the arc voltage and increase interrupting current capacity of vacuum interrupter.
