摘要
提出了发电市场中的实荷电价理论，揭示了上网电价与发电位置之间的价值规律；以此为基础，建立了按发电面积竞标上网的模式，能使各类电厂达到公平竞争和公正补偿，最终使全网购电费用和销售电价降至最低。
This paper advances a theory of Real Load Pricing of Electricity, and suggests a competitive model that power plants bid for the generation which follows the load demand curve and feed electric power into the grid. As a result, each type of generators can get proper payment according to their adjustable capacity and generating cost, and the price of electricity to be sold to users can be reduced to minimum.
