摘要
ZSM-5沸石以其独特的择形性成为从 C_8芳烃异构体中分离出间二甲苯、邻二甲苯的优良吸附剂。吸附剂的预处理条件对分离性能有很大影响,特别是高温水蒸汽焙烧极大地影响到沸石吸附剂对乙苯与对二甲苯的分离度。100%水蒸汽环境下,700—800℃焙烧8—16小时的 HZSM-5沸石对 C_8芳烃混合物具有较高的分离能力。
A mixture of C_8 aromatics including para-xylene,meta-xylene,ortho-xyleneand ethyl benzene is separated into its component parts by gas chromatography.The mixture is passed with a carrier gas in contact with HZSM-5 zeolitewhere upon para-xylene and ethyl benzene are separated from meta-xylene andortho-xylene by different sorption rates.The effect of high temperature steamtreatment on resolution has been studied.High separation capability has beenobtained by zeolite HZSM—5 absorbent calcined under an atmosphere of 100percent-steam at temperatures of 700℃ to 800℃.
