汽车异常振动振源识别的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 汽车整车振动和噪声控制涉及到动力系统、传动系统、悬架系统等是个综合问题。某款样车在95km/h―120km/h车速时,车体出现异常振动并伴随共鸣噪声,该文同时采用固定采样和阶次跟踪采样进行道路测试,利用阶次跟踪技术、工作变形分析,结合偏频测试和频谱分析,找到整车异常振动的原因是由于车轮11Hz―15Hz的周期激励与车身和地板的某阶模态频率接近引起。提出合理改进措施,改进后车体异常振动情况大大改善。该试验方法对类似的异常振动问题提供了有利借鉴。 Involving power system, transmission system and suspension system, the vehicle vibration and noise control is a comprehensive project. The abnormal vibration of a bus is associated with noise when the speed ranges 95km/h-120km/h. Both fixed sampling and order tracking sampling are used in this paper to carry on road tests. Via order tracking and job deformation analysis, combined with partial natural frequency test and spectral analysis, the 11Hz-15Hz cycle excitation of wheels is identified to be the cause of abnormal vibration, because it is close to one of the modal frequencies of the vehicle body. Finally, reasonable measures are suggested to reduce the abnormal vibration of the vehicle body.
