摘要
对苯氧化制顺酐V-P系催化剂的制备方法、表面特性、活性助催化组份及配比,最适宜的反应条件、催化剂的稳定性等进行了考察和研究。结果证明,催化剂表面分布均匀,新相表面 V-O-P 键的作用对催化反应是有利的。采用 H_2C_2O_4-HCl 为还原剂和添加适量的稀土,使顺酐收率分别提高3—4个单位;添加适量的锌可提高催化剂的苯负荷和生产能力。催化剂活性稳定,顺酐收率可达64—65%。
Investigations have been made on method of preparation,surfacecharacteristics,active cocatalyst components and composition,optimum reactionconditions and stability of V-P catalysts for oxidation of benzene to maleicanhydride.Results indicate that catalyst distribution is homogeneous on carriersurface.Action of V-O-P bond on surface of new phase is favorable to thecatalytic reaction.When H_2C_2O_4-HCl is used as the reducing agent and when asuitable amount of some rare earth element is added,yield of maleic anhydrideincreases by 3—4 unit.Addition of Zn markedly raises catalyst load andproduction capacity.The activity of the catalysts is stable.Yield of maleic anhydrideis about 64—65%.
