摘要 随着城市电网供电可靠性要求的提高,对智能配网中馈线故障的处理提出了新的要求。通过分析面保护原理的故障处理模式,提出了青岛智能配网馈线面保护的技术要求、实施方案、关键问题,尤其是提出了通过面保护在200ms以内隔离故障的技术方案,为国内智能配网馈线故障处理提供借鉴。 With the requirements of improving power supply reliability in the city, new requirements of feeder fault handling has been proposed in the smart distribution networks. By analyzing principle fault handling mode of protection based on communication, technical requirements, implementation programs and key problem of protection based on communication are raised in Qingdao smart distribution networks, especially,fault isolation in less than 200 ms the technical program has been proposed by the way of protection based on communication,and the related reference has been brought on domestic Intelligent distribution networks.
