摘要
针对变电站智能化建设方案及智能电网对电力自动化系统同步的要求,对电力自动化系统的同步方式做了分析和比较,提出了利用电力通信SDH网络在电网内实现IEEE 1588精准时间协议(PTP)的同步体系。新的同步体系基于SDH地面链路传输、天地互备,实现了通信与电力自动化同步系统的整合。最后展望了在整个电力系统网络实现PTP同步的前景。
According to the intelligent substation building program and the synchronization requirements of the power automation system in the smart grid, the synchronization modes of power automation system were analyzed and compared. A method of utilizing SDH network to achieve IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) is proposed. The new synchronization system is based on SDH transmission terrestrial links, so both satellite and ground synchronization signal are provided and both are each other's back. The proposed method achieves communication synchronization and electric power automation synchronization system integration. The prospects of entire power system networks PTP synchronization are also forcasted.
