中Ni低剩磁软磁材料成分与工艺的研究

Study on the Components and Technology of Middle Nickle Low Remanence Soft-magnetic Materials

摘要 中Ni低剩磁软磁合金是近年来研发的新材料,它既有很高的初始磁导率又有极低的剩磁,具有良好的应用前景。此种材料传统的热处理方法是先进行高温退火,然后再在横向磁场中热处理。但这种方法无法满足材料所需的性能。本文探讨了不同的高温退火和纵向磁场热处理工艺对材料性能的影响。 Middle Ni low remanence soft magnetic alloy is a kind of new soft magnetic material with wonderful application prospects, which has high initial permeability and very low remanence. The traditional heat treatment consists of two steps. First, the alloy is annealed at high temperature and than, heat treated in transverse magnetic field. But this method could not satisfy the properties requirements. The effect of various high temperature annealing and heat treatment in longitudinal magnetic field on properties of the alloy is discussed in this paper.
