摘要
团队的良好运作离不开相应的支撑平台的建立。自2007年至2010年,四川大学华西医院MCQ团队逐步建立了一套较为完善的团队运作平台系统:以临床科室为核心,以基础研究实验室、专业期刊杂志社、学生学术组织等为辅助支持,并与国际科研团队建立横向交流。通过这些平台有效地拓展团队层次及内容,以促进MCQ团队的长远发展。
A team can’t be well managed without the establishment of cooperative platforms. Since 2007, MCQ team, West China Hospital, Sichuan University has set up a completive cooperative platforms system, which includes clinical section at the core and is supported by basic research laboratories, specialized journals and student academic organizations. Furthermore, MCQ team communicates with other international science research teams. It is effective to improve and enhance MCQ team in many aspects through these platforms that will promote the long term growth of MCQ team as well.
