杂多酸催化性能的研究——Ⅱ.12-钼和12-钨杂多酸催化烯烃环氧化物与苯甲醇的醚化

Studies on Catalytic Properties of Heteropoly Compounds Ⅱ.Etherification of Olefin Epoxides with Benzyl Alcohol Catalyzed by 12-Mo-and 12-W-Heteropolyacids

研究了12-钼和12-钨磷酸在环氧乙烷和环氧(?)烷与苯甲醇的醚化反应中的催化作用。考查了反应条件对杂多酸催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,除了杂多酸中的质子在该反应中起着必要的作用外,杂多阴离子也有重要的催化作用。

The catalytic action of 12-Mo- and 12-W-heteropolyacids on etherification of ethylene and propylene epoxides with benzyl alcohol in the liquid phase was in-vestigated.The experimental results showed that both 12-Mo- and 12-W-hetero-polyacids were efficient catalysts for etherification of olefin epoxides with ben-zyl alcohol to form corresponding glycol monobenzyl ether.It is found that theyield of monobenzyl ether obviously depends on concentration of proton in theheteropolyacid.At the same time,their neutral salts[Na_3PMo_(12)O_(?) and (NH_3)_3 P-W_(12)O_(40)]also exhibit catalytic activity in this reaction although of a much lowerdegree.These results indicate that both the proton and the anion in the hetero-poly acid play an important role in the etherification of olefin epoxide withbenzyl alcohol catalyzed by heteropoly acid in the liquid phase.
