长柱十大功劳脂肪酸类成分分析研究

Analysis of Fatty Acids in Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep.

分析长柱十大功劳(Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep.)乙酸乙酯部位前流份的化学成分和长柱十大功劳脂肪、脂肪酸类化学成分,并与阔叶十大功劳[Mahonia f ortunei(Lindl.)Fedde]进行比较。对乙酸乙酯部位前流分和植物分别甲酯化后以GC-MS分析其成分。结果从长柱十大功劳乙酸乙酯部位鉴定出7个化合物,占总量的82.89%,其中5个化合物是从该植物中首次发现。长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳均含有不饱和脂肪酸,含量最高的均为反-8,11-十八碳二烯酸,十六烷酸和反-9,12-十八碳二烯酸。

Chemical components of ethyl acetate pre-fractions,fat and fatty acids from Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep.were analyzed and compared with Mahonia fortunei（Lindl.）Fedde.The chemical constituents of pre-fractions and the plant were methylated and analyzed,by GC-MS.Seven compounds,which accounts for 82.89% of the total content,were identfied in ethyl acetate pre-fractions from Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep.Five compounds were identified from this plant for the first time.The major components of Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep.and Mahonia fortunei（Lindl.）Fedde are unsaturated fatty acids.The results provided a scientific basis for further research and development of Mahonia duclouxiana Gagnep.
