高效液相色谱法测定蓝耳草中β-蜕皮激素含量

Determination of β-Ecdysone in Cyanotis vaga (Lour.) Roem.et Schult by HPLC

以甲醇为溶剂,用索式提取法提取蓝耳草[Cyanotis vaga(Lour.)Roem.et Schult]中β-蜕皮激素,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其含量。结果,β-蜕皮激素在0.4～8.0μg范围内线性关系良好,r2=0.9992,平均回收率为99.31%,RSD值均小于3%。

Using methanol as the solvent extraction rate,the β-Ecdysone in Cyanotis vaga（Lour.） Roemet Schult is extracted by the soxhlet extraction method.The content of β-Ecdysone is determined by HPLC.A linear curve of β-Ecdysone was obtained in the range of 0.4～0.8μg with r2 equalling to 0.9992.The average recovery was 99.31% with RSD being less than 3%.
