摘要
用氯仿提取总生物碱,通过酸性染料比色法测定萝芙木药材中总生物碱含量。结果萝芙木生物碱在8.0～24.0μg具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9914),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.65%。该方法简单,准确,可用于萝芙木药材的质量控制。
The total alkaloid in Radix Rauvolfiae Verticillatae was extracted by chloroform.The contents of the total alkaloid was calculated through the acidic dye color metric method.The result showed that：the calibration curve of total alkaloid in Radix Rauvolfiae Verticillatae was linear in the range from 8.0μg to 24.0μg and correlation cofficient was 0.9914.The average recovery was 100.1% and the RSD was 0.65%.This method was proved to be simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Radix Rauvolfiae Verticillatae.
