摘要
以检测上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司的N300L后车架焊合总成拼台夹具为例,介绍利用三坐标测量机的CAD数模功能来实现空间尺寸的测量,从而完成对汽车焊装夹具的调试和验证的一些技巧和体会。
Taking the N300L welding fixture sets of SGMW Automobile Co.an example, CAD technology mathematical modeling function of PC-DMIS CMM sofeware was used to achieve the measurement of spatical dimensions for accomplishing the welding fixture on the automotive debugging and verification.
