江苏沿海开发的行政管理体制研究

On Reform of the Administration system of Jiangsu coastal Development

我国当前形势下,现存行政管理体制与经济边缘区的促成、区域经济一体化的瓶颈直接相关。要解决这一问题,必须立足行政管理体制的改革,发挥市场与社会等力量,形成政府、市场与社会的协同共进,促进区域经济一体化的进程,加快地区经济社会又好又快的发展。本文试图以江苏沿海开发的行政管理体制为切入点,展开对这一现象的研究。

Under China＇s current situation the existing administrative system is directly related to the edge area of economy and the bottleneck of regional integration.When we solve this problem and reform the administrative system,the forces of the market and social must also play a role,which can attribute to the cooperative development of the government,market and society.This paper attempts to develop the administrative system of Jiangsu coastal development as the key to start the study of this phenomenon.
