摘要
土地征收补偿制度是协调、平衡和解决土地征收中权益冲突的一项重要法律制度。我国土地征收补偿制度存在着诸多问题,这是引发土地征收纠纷的重要原因。我国应借鉴先进经验,完善土地征收补偿制度。
The compensatory system of the land levy is an important legal system that coordinates balances and solves the conflicts of the rights and interests in the land levy.There are many problems in our country＇s compensation of land levy,which results in issues of land levy.Our country should draw advanced experiments to perfect compensatory standard of land levy.
