农村民间金融是满足农村经济发展需要的一种有效的融资机制。随着西部农村经济发展的加快,民间金融的规模日益加大,在缓解西部农村经济发展中资金供求矛盾中发挥的作用日益加强,因此,我们有必要加强对西部农村民间金融的监督与引导,构建西部农村民间多渠道投资渠道,通过加快西部农村小额信贷机构发展等手段来规范发展西部农村民间金融。
