摘要
鉴于政府干预房地产价格的积极作用,本文从法律和经济学的角度出发,研究政府干预房地产价格的理论依据,试图探讨政府干预房地产价格的机制,为政府干预房地产价格提供理论指导,保持房地产价格的稳定。
In view of the positive role of the government intervening real estate prices,this article studys the theory of government intervening real estate prices from the perspective of law and economics,attempts to explore the mechanisms of government intervening real estate prices,provide theoretical guidance for government intervening real estate prices,maintain the stability of real estate prices.
