摘要 简要介绍了塑料超声波焊接工艺的原理及应用情况;结合应用实例着重分析讨论了塑料件超声波铆接装配工艺中,被焊零件结合面(焊口)形状尺寸设计、工艺参数确定、焊头及焊接夹具设计等问题。与传统的粘接、机械连接等塑料件装配连接工艺相比,超声波铆接工艺操作简单、生产成本低、效率高,适于大批量工业化生产。 The principle and application case of plastic ultrasonic welding technology are briefly introduced in this paper. The designing of shape and dimension of welded parts, the determining of welding parameter, the designing of horn and welding fixture,are discussed in detail. Ultrasonic riveted joint process possess the characteristics of operating simple, low costing, high efficiency,suitable for great batch industrial producing.
