摘要
考查了C_4—C_6仲醇和叔醇的亚硝酸酯导数光谱行为.确定用二阶导数以峰零法在366.4nm波长下测定叔醇,在368.2nm 波长下测定仲醇。仲醇的吸光系数 k_(?)=2.18 l/g·cm,叔醇的k_(366.4nm)=3.49 l/g·cm。分别约为常规分光光度法峰值吸收系数的2倍及4倍。样品分析结果表明,仲醇回收率在95—101%,叔醇回收率在97—106%,变异系数<3.5%,相对误差<±3%,仲醇最低检出限为 3μg/ml,叔醇最低检出限为 1μg/ml。
Derivative absorption spectra of nitrous ester of secondary and tertiary alcoholswere studied.Secondary alcohols were determined at 368.2nm and tertiary alcoholat 366.4nm by the secondary derivative absorption spectrophotometry.Absorptivi-ties of secondary and tertiary alcohols are 2.18 and 3.49 1/g·cm and being twoand four times of that of conventional spectrophotometry.Sample analysis resultsindicate recovery of secondary alcohol being 95—101%,that of tertiary alcohol,97—106%.Coefficient of variation is less than 3.5,relative error is less than±3%.The detection limit is 3μg/ml for secondary alcohol and 1μg/ml for terti-ary alcohol.
