摘要
通过对老年人健康现状及对临床护士进行老年护理继续教育必要性的分析,建议采用案例教学、sim-man教学系统、网上知识库等方法对临床护士进行继续教育,为老年护理继续教育的开展及老年护理的课程设置做参考。
It analyzed the health status quo of old people and the essentiality to carry out elderly nursing continuous education for clinical nurses,and suggested to carry out continuous education for clinical nurses by using cases teaching,sim-man teaching system and network knowledge library,so as to provide reference for development of elderly nursing continuous education and course setup of elderly nursing.
