安神热奄包足浴联用耳穴压贴治疗肾虚不寐的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of tranquilization hot-cover packet foot bath combined with cowherb seeds auricular point sticking to treat patients with renal deficiency insomnia

[目的]观察中药安神热奄包足浴联合王不留行籽耳穴压贴治疗肾虚不寐的临床疗效。[方法]将64例肾虚不寐病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组采用安神热奄包足浴联合耳穴压贴治疗,对照组仅给予安神热奄包足浴,均每日1次,疗程1个月。观察两组治疗前后睡眠、焦虑情况。[结果]治疗组睡眠质量明显提高,焦虑程度降低。[结论]中药安神热奄包足浴联用耳穴压贴治疗能明显改善肾虚病人睡眠质量,降低焦虑水平。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of tranquilization hot-cover packet foot bath combined with cowherb seeds auricular point sticking to treat patients with renal deficiency insomnia.Methods：A total of 64 patients with renal deficiency insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group（n=32）and control group（n=32）.Patients in treatment group were given foot bath with tranquilization hot-cover packet combined with cowherb seeds auricular point sticking once a day for one month.Patients in control group were only given foot bath with tranquilization hot-cover packet once a day for one month.Then sleep and anxiety state of two group patients after and before the treatment were observed.Results：Sleep quality of patients in treatment group was significantly enhanced and the anxiety degree of patients in treatment group was reduced.Conclusion：Tranquilization hot-cover packet foot bath combined with cowherb seeds auricular point sticking could significantly enhance the sleep quality of patients with renal deficiency and reduce their anxiety.
