摘要
通过对Q420高强钢的材料性能分析及在输电杆塔的应用现状了解,根据线路新的规程规范对杆塔荷载的要求,在本次河南省钢管杆典型化设计中局部采用Q420高强钢做为主材,对其强度及挠度进行分析,并同时采用传统塔材进行比对,结果表明,受力较大的钢管杆采用Q420高强钢时,能节约钢材量,且提高了杆塔使用强度,体现了"两型三新"输电线路建设的宗旨。
Based on the performance analysis of Q420 high-strength steel and its current application in transmission tower, with respect to the new requirements for tower load, Q420 high-strength steel is used as the main material in part of the stylized design of the steel poles in Henan province. The strength and deflection of the material are analyzed and compared with the traditional material, and the result shows that employing Q420 high-strength steel for steel poles that are under large force can significantly reduce the amount of steel used, increase the intensity of pole usage, and reflect the i°two types of the three new i± purpose of the construction of transmission lines.
