摘要
建立了以经济收益为目标函数,并考虑了塔板、塔顶持液及板效率的多组元分批精馏过程优化变回流比操作数学模型。通过应用串联动态系统理论和进行数值计算,求得了该过程的次优解和相应的回流控制曲线。根据此方案进行中试蒸馏塔的试验并与同一分离要求下的最优恒回流比方案及其经济收益进行了比较,结果表明次优变回流比较最优恒回流比操作能获得更大的经济效益。
A generalized mathematical model of variable reflux policy for optimal oper-
ation of multicomponent batch distillation process is proposed with due consider-
ation of tray efficiency,hold-up on plate and condenser.By the method of series
dynamic system and digital approximation,the objective value of sub-optimal
benefit operation and its relative reflux control policy are approached.A pilot
distillation experiment is conducted according to the sub-optimal control policy.
The results are compared with an optimal constant reflux policy and its objec-
tive value under identical conditions.It shows that the sub-optimal variable
reflux policy is superior in benefit to the optimal constant reflux policy.
