摘要
目的:观察五味子乙素诱导人胃癌细胞株MGC-803凋亡作用。方法:用10、50、100、200μmol/L浓度五味子乙素作用胃癌细胞株48 h,倒置显微镜下观察细胞增殖情况;MTT法检测五味子乙素对细胞增殖的抑制作用;凋亡检测试剂盒检测细胞凋亡。结果:倒置显微镜下,随着五味子乙素作用浓度升高,细胞增殖能力随之下降;MTT法亦检测到上述结果;当五味子乙素作用浓度是100μmol/L时,可检测到明显的凋亡细胞。结论:高浓度的五味子乙素可诱导胃癌细胞株MGC-803细胞的凋亡,具有量效依赖关系。
Objective:To observe the effects of Schisandrin B inducing apoptosis on human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803.Methods:The gastric cancer cells were treated with 10、50、100、200 μmol/L Schisandrin B 48 h,and they were observed under inverted microscope;MTT assay was used to evaluate the inhibitory effects of Schisandrin B on the cancer cells;observating and assessing apoptosis cells under electron microscope;Apoptosis detective kit was used to detect the apoptosis.Results: Under inverted microscope with the increasing concentration of the drug,the proliferation of the cells decreased;MTT assay has got the same result;When the cells were treated with 100 μmol/L Schisandrin B,apoptosis cells were detected.Conclusion: High concentration of Schisandrin B can induce the apoptosis in gastric cancer cell line MGC-803,having concentration-dependent symbiosis.
